Paleo diet eating plan restricts us from eating any kind of grains, legumes, dairy and yes processed oil. The only foods that can be eating when in a paleo diet eating plan are fish, meat, fruits, vegetables and all natural oil. This paleo diet eating plan is good for people who are allergic to gluten and those with casein allergy. The paleo diet eating plan also helps those who are suffering from diabetes, arthritis, ADHD and people with multiple sclerosis.
This diet is good for people who want to lose weight too and to maintain a muscular and fit built and physique. So do you want to be barbaric sexy like our ancestors looked ancient of times ago? Do you want to feel strong and look strong --- then this paleo diet eating plan is the right diet for you, my friend.
How do you picture out cavemen before --- long hair, strong, muscular limbs and sturdy, right? This is all due to the fact that cavemen before would have a diet of low fat and purely protein. He takes in nothing else but those --- so if you want to stay clear from dairy, grains and legumes. You can only drink water and coconut – so say goodbye for your love of iced tea and iced lemon drinks.

For your breakfast, you can have eggs, or omelet, tomatoes and fruits. For your mid-morning snack, you could have any fruits like apples, berries or some cherries. For lunch, you can have fish or any meat you enjoy. You can have a salad with your meat as long as there is no dressing is added in your salad. Cavemen didn’t have the luxury of eating fancy salads before so you cannot have it now as well. However, you can drizzle your salad with olive oil. For your afternoon snack, you can munch on a celery stick. And yes, for dinner, you can have your favorite steak. If you are getting hungry at midnight, then you could reach for a grapefruit.
