Kyle Bridgwater Joins Cavignac & Associates as Account Manager/Administrator

Sept. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Kyle Bridgwater, a ten-year veteran of the insurance industry, has been named by Cavignac & Associates as an account manager/administrator, announced Jeffrey W. Cavignac, CPCU, ARM, RPLU, CRIS, president and principal of the leading San Diego risk management and insurance brokerage firm.

In his new position, Bridgwater is responsible for daily policy maintenance and servicing, and assisting with client insurance policy renewals. His immediate focus is on construction property and casualty policies.

Most recently, Bridgwater served as an account executive for Blue Horizon Insurance Services in San Diego. There he was charged with new business development as well as daily account servicing, from issuing certificates to creating detailed coverage comparisons.

His prior career experience includes having served eight years with BB&T - John Burnham Insurance Services in San Diego, working his way up from a customer service representative to a certificate department leader, an account representative, an account manager, and eventually to an account executive and producer.

Bridgwater’s career highlights include having completed a contract review and verification of insurance compliance for the Metropolitan Transit Development Board.  He also developed and maintained a nationwide professional liability program for weight-loss physicians.

A graduate of Southwestern College in Chula Vista, Bridgwater holds an Associates Degree in general studies.  Previously, he earned his Certificate from Grossmont College, where he completed an office professional training program, with an emphasis in insurance (Project InVest).

Bridgwater is a licensed property & casualty agent/broker in over 20 states. He received his Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2004 and his Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation in 2008.

A San Diego native, Bridgwater currently resides in La Mesa with his wife, Sasna Lim, and their two daughters: two-year-old Amirah, and eight-month-old Azayla. In his leisure time, he enjoys surfing, snowboarding, hiking, camping, fishing, and playing and following football.
