Many of the caterers, florists, musicians, vendors, and photographers that partner with the The Caedmon School are also available to assist you in transforming Caedmon into the perfect venue for your special event.

Available Hours:

After 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Beginning at 10:00am Saturday and Sunday

Available spaces:

   The Caedmon Hall
   The Caedmon Dining Hall
   The Caedmon Courtyard
   The Caedmon Gymnasium

The Caedmon Hall...a warm, elegant, versatile, 1000 square feet of open space on the main floor of The Caedmon School. With beautiful hard wood floors, high ceilings, track lighting, and a Steinway piano, it offers plenty of ambience for your wedding reception, corporate event, music recital, art gallery, or intimate family gathering. Caedmon Hall can hold up to 125 people for receptions and 75 for seated events. A fully equipped kitchen is one floor below.

The Caedmon Dining Hall...an open, 2,300 squared foot space ideal for larger gatherings, such as parties, meetings, or video showings. A fully equipped kitchen is right at hand.

The Caedmon Gymnasium...a 900 square foot space with soft, hardwood floors, adjustable fiberglass backboards, a children's climbing wall, and plenty of athletic equipment. It is ideal for sports clinics, dance, yoga, Pilates, one-on-one personal training, or small group circuit training.

The Caedmon Courtyard...a lovely outdoor space tucked between the school and the surrounding buildings, with exposed brick, garden plot, children's art, and colorful playground equipment. Ideal for an early evening cocktail hour.

The CaedmonSpaces may be combined to design a unique experience for your guests.
