Sept. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- The best way to shed weight is the way you eat. Make sure you do not cofuse the way you eat with what you eat or how much do you eat. If you eat excellent great awesome perfect food, it was so good that you eat so much of it, of course it is not going to help you losing or holding the weights.

The way you eat is on top of the list of your weight control program. it is both mental and phisical. one must become determine and in the habit of controling the amount of food he or she intake into their mouth. Potion control of food intake is extremely important when we we speak about limiting the amount of calories. The stomach intestents are made of tubes shaped elastic thin skins. As food enter the intestents expanding the elastic tubesm and creating a gut at first. then the more one eat as the more the stomack expand looking like a belly. Some of my friends ask me the question, and they are confused with the portion of the food intake and the time sequence of food eating and at what time we suppose to eat.

An example of eating small portions throughout the day hear over the years which also a common sence some doctors do not stick to their mind.
