Raymond Mill Working Principle

The complete machine is collocated with jaw crusher, elevator, hopper, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, main unit, classifier, collector, cloth deduster and high-pressure blower.
The running principle is as follows: load the stuff for grinding evenly and continuously to the grinding chamber of the main frame. Due to the centrifugal force in rotation, the roller swings go outward and presses closely upon the ring. The shovel carries the stuff to the space between the roller and ring. When the roller rolls, the stuff is thus grinded.

After being grinded, the stuff is to be routed for the classifier along wind belt of the blower as well as the rough powder is going to be put to the grinder for regrinding. http://www.southafricacrusher.com/optional-equipment/ceme...  

The fine powder flows in to the cyclone collector along with ventilation and is also expelled from the powder output pipe as product.

Within the grinding chamber, considering that the stuff contains moisture to some degree, the warmth generated during grinding makes the moisture evaporate; since the pipeline joints aren't airtight, the external air is sucked in and the circulation air mass increases. In order to let the grinder to be effective in negative pressure, the improved air flow is guided for the deuster and sequentially for the atmosphere after purification.
