Dan Regard to Speak at ILTA on Controlling Litigation Costs

The presentation, part of ILTA’s organization management track, will be on Monday, August 22 at 1:00 p.m. in the Delta Ballroom B.  

Regard will participate in a panel discussion with other industry and law firm experts. The panelists will cover common and uncommon methods for achieving cost control in litigation support, including proportionality targeted collection and preservation, off-shoring and searching/filtering/analytics.

Regard is a nationally recognized electronic evidence and case management expert with 20 years of experience in consulting to legal and corporate entities. A programmer and an attorney, he has conducted system investigations, conducted data collections and managed discovery on some of the highest-profile financial investigations of the last decade. Regard has testified, worked as a testifying expert and worked as a court-appointed neutral on issues of electronic discovery. He is frequently called upon to speak at industry events worldwide.

The ILTA Annual Conference takes place August 21 – 25 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tennessee.
