Aaron Witalec Joins UHY Advisors as a Transactional Services Manager

Aug. 9, 2011 - PRLog -- STERLING HEIGHTS, MI – Please join us in welcoming Aaron Witalec, a Manager with the Transactional Services team in Sterling Heights. Aaron is a licensed CPA in the State of Michigan and a CMA, CFM, CIA, LIFA and CTP-D.

Aaron’s experience includes ten years in transaction services and investment banking with more than 70 domestic and cross-border transactions ranging in value from $25 million to $2 billion across a broad range of industries.  On the buy-side, Aaron has been able to deliver quantifiable benefits to clients including adjustments to reported EBITDA and net assets, purchase and sale agreement modifications, and working capital adjustment mechanisms.  On the sell-side, Aaron’s investment banking experience provides him with a unique skill set including pre-sale positioning, market research, writing offering memoranda, executing robust marketing processes, managing company presentations, creating electronic data rooms for due diligence, and negotiating deal terms.

During part of his tenure at PWC, Aaron worked closely with the Guangzhou China Municipal Board for International Investment (“Invest Guangzhou”), a professional institution engaged in promoting international investment in Guangzhou organized by the Guangzhou Municipal Government.  He is excited to return to the middle market and work with privately owned businesses in need of both buy-side and sell-side advisory.
