Kiteley's Flying High With Brand Refresh

Kiteleys is the fastest-growing solicitors in the local region; with its HQ in Bournemouth and offices in Southampton General Hospital and West Moors with more regional offices due to open later in 2011 and throughout the following few years.

In order to achieve Kiteleys exciting business growth plans, Managing director and solicitor Mark Kiteley has recognised that marketing and brand awareness is paramount to the continued success of the company and so local respected marketing and creative agency Cre8ive Wisdom has been engaged on a retained-basis  to support the firms business growth goals.

Mark Kiteley said ‘We are all very excited by the growth plans for the future of Kiteleys. We see the marketplace as being very competitive; especially given the imminent changes to the Legal Services Act and entry into the law-market by ‘supermarket’ brands. I firmly believe that local people have a preference for local face-to-face solicitors that they can trust and this is a great opportunity for us.’

Mark continues ‘With that in mind we believe our new branding and how we communicate with our customers is extremely important. We also understand that legal issues can be time consuming and stressful in today’s fast-paced world, so we aim to continue to provide an easy and reliable service to our new and existing customers.‘

Along with adding to their marketing and expansion strategies, Kiteleys is a keen supporter of some very worthy local charities including the Southampton Hospital Trust with their Red & White Appeal, which backs blood cancer research. The Red and White which is looking to open a specialist treatment centre for patients with leukaemia and other blood disorders from across Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Wiltshire, Dorset, West Sussex and the Channel Islands.

Mark adds ‘Kiteleys is very happy to support such a valuable cause which would be vital to so many people. The charity organises some wonderful events to get involved in for example, golf days  and London to Paris cycle rides, so I would urge anyone who has a bit of spare time available to help this fantastic cause whilst having a bit of fun.’
