RX 7212A Makes a Huge Wave for Ajax Systems Corp!

July 26, 2011 - PRLog -- The RX7212A 2U high chassis, housed in heavy duty, cold rolled steel, has a dotted aluminum door and a front lockable door to protect drives. Front panel controls include an on/off switch, one system reset button, and LEDS to monitor power and primary hard drive. The front also has vents for the two 120mm air filters which help prevent the server from overheating, instability, malfunction and damage. These filters are removable and washable and are featured to draw cooler air into the case from the outside to expel warm air from inside. The RX7212A comes with three 80mm cooling fan, three PCI expansion slots opening, and a removable I/O plate.

The RX7212A chassis comes with storage devices that consist of one open 5.25" drive bays, one 3.5" open and three hidden 3.5" drive bays. Standard configuration includes a 52X CD-ROM, a standard 1.44MB floppy drive and an 80GB SATA hard drive, but other configuration options are also available.

The system board of the RX7212A is a Standard Micro-ATX motherboard with 3 x PCI, 1x PCI-E slots, onboard video and 10/100BT Ethernet, Standard I/Os include 2 PS/2, 1 serial, 1 parallel, 2 USB 2.0, 1 RJ-45, 15-pin VGA and line-in, speaker-out and microphone jacks. Standard configuration includes Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz processor and 512MB RAM and 3 x PCI expansion slots, which go through raiser backplane card. 110/220VAC 300W ATX power supply is included with an option for a 400W ATX power supply. Standard 19 inch rackmount mounting holes allow front mounting to any standard 19 inch rack. Optional system slides allow rear mounting as well to racks from 20 to 26 inches in depth.
