Chef Mueller is not only the creator of these blends, but his family uses them every day.  After cooking at Babblin’ Babs Bistro all day, running around doing errands (including after school activities with the kids)—just like other people—he has to make dinner for my family.  There is not enough time in the day to do everything that needs to get done AND make nutritious, tasty meals.  These spice blends will cut cooking time down to minutes instead of hours.

As an example, one the night Chef Mueller and family came home late.   He scanned what ingredients he had available.  He grabbed some chicken, tossed it in a pan with some “Greek”.  Next, he steamed some corn sprinkled with “Everyday” and served the dinner along with some rice and Voila!  Dinner in less than 20 minutes—homemade and tasty!

Chef William’s fabulous mother - of course!! The bistro is in honor of my mother who passed in 1999. At that time, we produced a beer to honor her fun loving memory, the result?
