When a new conveyor system was installed, QC Software implemented an auto-tote induction system to manage the release of new totes for order fulfillment. Other features were added to prioritize the routing of orders. With these enhancements, Under Armour was able to efficiently process the increasing volume of orders.

Arbonne International, a direct sales company specializing in personal care products, implemented QC Software’s applications in their US and Canadian facilities to improve efficiency.  When Arbonne later replaced their warehouse management system, QC Software installed several enhancements to optimize order fulfillment. They added dynamic workload balancing so that QC Software’s applications now select the optimum pick location based on current system activity.  This eliminated the imbalance and inefficiency that occurs when the warehouse management system allocates pick locations in advance and cannot react to last-minute changes. Other features were installed to reduce backorders. By streamlining resources and increasing productivity, Arbonne was able to lower their cost per order.
