The course aims to give people the skills to become their own life coaches and plan their future personal development. The organisers facilitate reflection on past, present and future.  The course gives participants decision making and future planning tools to help their dreams become reality and put them back in control of personal planning.



Who is the workshop aimed at?



Anyone who faces a life change, or simply wants to make the right decisions about their plans for the future.



Life changes can be something none of us can avoid: big birthdays, divorce, redundancy, unforeseen life events. Alternatively the desire to change can be something we dream about: a new career, an unfulfilled ambition, retirement plans, a change of direction.

Some people turn to a life coach for advice, but co-organiser of the 'Pathway to Your Future', Dr Dennis McCoy, specialist in Life Transitions and personal and professional development, believes it is better for individuals to take their personal development into their own hands by learning the decision making skills and future planning techniques required for success.
