Race to the Top with Novachi

In Race to the Top's “Round 2” of funding, 10 states were awarded with grant money: Rhode Island, Ohio, North Carolina. New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, Hawaii, Georgia, Florida, and the District of Columbia.  All ten of these states received anywhere from $75-700 million for meeting the guidelines.
