Auto Accessories More Popular As Fathers Day Gifts In 2011: Autoyet

The 2011 National Retail Federations survey on 2011 Father’s Day sales revealed that about 593 million dollars has been spent on automotive accessories. It is 276 million dollars more than that in 2009 and 193 million dollars more than the 400 million dollars spent in 2010.  

The survey also suggested that online shopping for Father’s Day gifts had been responsible for a larger and larger part of the total sales. Online shopping grew from 17.9% in 2009 to 22.1% this year.
