May 29, 2011 - PRLog -- The Printers Row Lit Fest attracts more than 200 booksellers from across the country displaying new, used and antiquarian books, and features seven stages with more than 100 free literary programs. It is considered the largest free outdoor literary event in the Midwest-drawing more than 125,000 book lovers to the two-day showcase.

C.J. Good, a Chicago wellness practitioner and self-help author said, “This is a great event where visitors can meet with all types of purveyors: booksellers, publishers, and literacy / cultural organizations. There are also books available to purchase in several different languages and genres.”

Printers Row Lit Fest organizes panels and events, held on seven stages, and provides attendees with a unique learning opportunity through the list of authors and speakers who present on a variety of topics.

C.J. Good said, “This year, I’m looking forward to being refreshed and rejuvenated by hearing some new ideas from authors I’m not familiar with. I’m interested in exploring subjects like politics, sports, science and health.”

Admission to all Fest events is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only events at Harold Washington Library Center require tickets.

Good remarks, “When I go, I just enjoy the atmosphere. Basically it’s just a great experience for those who love books,” states Good, “everyone attending gets something different out of it. I hope people will have the chance to attend. Whatever you are searching for, you will find it there.”
