FabSuite Extends Support Hours to Better Accommodate Users in Western Time Zones

To better accommodate its user’s hours of operation in the western time zones, FabSuite has decided to extend its customer support hours to be available for them throughout the entire work day. “We want to make sure that our users on the west coast are getting the same quality and timely support as our users on the east coast,” says Bill Issler, President of FabSuite. FabSuite’s hours for support and service were 8:00am EST through 5:30pm EST – making it more difficult to solve problems at the end of the day for the west coast users.

FabSuite has listened to its users and solved the problem.  "The FabSuite Support Team knows that problems do not always occur in a timely manner.  We all felt that our clients in the other time zones needed the same service at 5:00PM that they get at 9:30AM.  By extending our hours we can give that to them," notes Duke Whiteside, Manager of Technical Support at FabSuite. FabSuite’s new hours of support are 8:00am EST through 5:30 PST. "When I was in steel fabrication I hated it when I called someone for help and nobody was there or I got a recording telling me that they would call me back in a few days.  I needed help that day not next week.  The extended hours we now offer our clients eliminates that issue.  From 8:00AM to 5:30PM PST you will get a live person, or if they are busy you can leave a message and someone will call you right back if at all possible.  Quality support is our company’s middle name!" adds Whiteside.
