May 24, 2011 - PRLog -- With the Michigan spring in full bloom, Jackie Monroe and Trainer Jenn head outdoors this week to partake in a boot camp style workout. Kettle bells, resistance bands, and tractor tires…oh my!

After a week of migraine headaches and sinus infection, Jackie makes a strong comeback and proves yet again that attitude really IS everything!

Trainer Jenn is impressed with Jackie’s attitude, energy, and overall presentation, and shares that it’s obvious her endurance and race preparation is back on track.

Jenn’s “fun” finisher for Jackie’s session included flipping a 75 pound tractor down the parking lot…and back. Will Jackie endure over the tire flips, or will she be left feeling like she got HIT by a tractor? Check out this episode to find out!
