The Capacity is designed from 40T / H to 600T / H. Aggregate equipment is usually jaw crusher called as primary crusher; secondary crushing equipment is cone crusher, impact crusher and so on; vibrating screen sieves the mixture comes from crushers into several sizes according to the needs.

The Big materials are fed to the Jaw Crusher Evenly and Gradually by Vibrating Feeder through a Hopper for the Primary Crushing. After First Crushing, transferred to the Material Will Impact Crusher or Cone Crusher Belt Conveyor for secondary by Crush; Will then transferred the Crushed materials to Screen for vibrating separating. After being separated, the Parts that can be taken Away Will Meet standard as Final products, while the other Parts Will be returned to Impact Crusher, thus forming a closed Circuit. Size of Final products can be combined and graded according to customer's specific requirement. We can also equip dust catcher system to protect environment.
