gPlex and VSR Reseller System

April 30, 2011 - PRLog -- How to monitor VSR System (VoIP Switch Reseller System):
Level-3 is called Master reseller. Level-2 can be created from Level-3 and Level-1 can be created from Lvel-2 reseller. And for retail VoIP calling, PIN / Card number can only be generate from Level-1 reseller in VSR.
For IP to IP call termination using VSR you need to create an GW Client. And GW Client also can created from Level-1 reseller.
After logged in your reseller first check your balance (calls limit). Than check your Base Tariff by clicking on the left side menu.
Now to create a reseller first create a rate plan. Than create a level-2 account and include your creates tariff for that reseller. Add balance to the reseller by clicking on the Add Payment button. When your reseller will start making calls you will see its active calls.

In gPlex Switch the process is little bit different. In gPlex Level-3 reseller you can't create any rate plan, you can just use rate plan provided by your provider. You can only change card rate for each destination.
In gPlex PIN / Card can be generated in Level-3, Level-2 or in Level-1 reseller account. Go to the generate card section to create Cards. But you can't edit your generated cards user name or Password like VSR System.
If your provider gives you only one tariff than you can just provide all of your user same rate. This cause little bit problem for Level-2 and Level-1 account holder. You can add balance to your user by clicking on Add Amount To User section of your Master reseller.
Click on the Current Calls to see active calls of your reseller.
Adding payment to user (level-1 or level-2) is easy here.
