EagleView® Technologies to Present at 2011 Disaster Restoration Contractors’ Conference

April 26, 2011 - PRLog -- (Bothell, Wash., April 25, 2011) - EagleView Technologies, the leader in 3D aerial roof measurements, is slated to present an educational session titled “Using Aerial Measurement Technology to Increase Profitability” at the 2011 Disaster Restoration Contractors’ Conference in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on May 12, 2011.    

Heidi J. Ellsworth will present the educational session and brings 20 years’ experience in the roofing, restoration and construction industries.  “The key to this presentation is to teach restoration contractors how the overall technology can profit their business and position them for the future,” said Ellsworth. “With technologies emerging every day it is imperative that contractors understand and embrace them to continue to see success in the industry.”

The course will educate contractors on how to utilize today’s aerial roof measurement technology to improve the overall roof restoration/replacement process from estimating to material purchasing to labor negotiations through final installation. “This type of technology can substantially increase profits for contractors with material ordering due to savings on over and unders while helping with negotiating labor,” said Ellsworth.  “Aerial measurement technology is also a key safety element with estimators on the roof. “

After attending the session, participants will understand current aerial estimating technology and how this technology can be used to create higher profit margins.  They will also benefit by learning how it can help them work more effectively with insurance companies throughout the claims process.
