Joan N. Feeney is a United States bankruptcy judge for the District of Massachusetts. She began her term in 1992 and served as Chief Judge from 2002 to 2006. She is a member of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges and will serve as its president in 2012. Judge Feeney is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, and is a graduate of Connecticut College and Suffolk University Law School. Judge Feeney lives in Boston and appears regularly at conferences. She is often been quoted in major publications across the country.

Theodore W. Connolly practices law at the law firm of Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP, where he concentrates on bankruptcy and finance law. In 2008, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly recognized him as one of the state’s twenty-five 'Up & Coming Lawyers” and Boston Magazine named Connolly a 'Rising Star” in the area of Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights in 2009 and 2010.
