The Emerald City Lodge Dublin Georgia Open House A Huge Success

April 26, 2011 - PRLog -- The Emerald City Lodge held its first of several open houses on Thursday, April 21. Although less than 50 people were expected for the occasion, Lodge employees were surprised to see close to 100. Lunch was provided for those dropping in for a look at the new facility. “The response was overwhelming,” says the director, Gloria Wells; “we have a very nice facility, and it was great to see that others recognize all the hard work contributed by the owners, the builder, and everyone involved”.
The Lodge will have its Ribbon Cutting on May 4 and is prepared to accept up to 24 new residents in the 22 room facility. The Lodge, the only assisted living facility on the north side of Dublin, is located across the street from Dublin Middle School on the corner of 441 North and Terrace Drive.
Emerald City Lodge was the vision of two local businessmen, Raj Saxena and Suresh Patel. Clark Construction built the Lodge completing the two year project in early April.
