Thousands of businesses and non-profit organizations participate through readings, festivals, book displays, workshops, and other events in schools and communities across the United States. Ferreira, a graduate of the Royal Academy of Drama in London was also a student of Sir Ben Kingsley. His mentoring proved powerful and instrumental in the creation of her book- a collection of poetry, short stories and a one-act play. “I wrote Take Me With You for anyone who has loved, longed for love or lost in love. I wrote it in a simple language that could reach people at all levels of society. Reading and writing heal the spirit.
