REICHEL REALTY REPRESENTS GULFSTREAM GOODWILL INDUSTRIES IN TRANSACTIONS VALUED AT MORE THAN $2.3 MILLION

Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. --  Reichel Realty & Investment exclusively represented Gulfstream Goodwill Industries in two transactions valued at more than $2.3 million.  
Reichel Managing Director Peter Filomena handled the sale of the 22,000-square-foot former Lighthouse for the Blind Building located at 7810 S. Dixie Highway in Lake Worth to buyer SEACO III for $650,000.  He also represented Gulfstream Goodwill Industries in its ten-year lease of 12,800 square feet at 1101 S. US  #1 in Stuart, Florida from landlord Aaron Rents, a transaction valued at $1,660,000.
