All tablet computers now Android 2.2

March 24, 2011 - PRLog -- After much deliberation we have decided to scrap the older versions of android on all of our tablet computers and focus on only android 2.2.

This was done for a few reasons, mainly for the added functionality it brings to our customers as end users.

Android 2.2 brings flash video to all devices, which is a massive selling point, as well as speeding up the devices.

Instead of "upgrading" our existing tablets we have chosen to get rid completely and introduce devices that where specifically designed for use with the Android 2.2 system.

We feel that this approach will lessen the inevitable complaints regarding the speed and performance of "upgraded" devices due to the processors not being able to cope.

Of course, as we where retailing previous Android devices at less than £80.00 we had to do a lot of work to maintain that price level and we are pleased to say that has been achieved.

We are currently selling Android 2.2 tablet PCs for £75.00 including delivery fee's and a whole year warranty.

Obviously we offer more expensive devices with better features, such as multi touch screens and up to 1.2GHz Samsung processors, these start from only £185.00, which is, in our opinion, a good deal, considering these devices are comparable, and come out on top against, the Apple iPad.
