Singer Song Writer Keith G Halligan Releases His Debut Album ‘Hang On In’

March 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Up and coming Singer and song writer Keith G. Halligan is from Armagh in Northern Ireland. With the fantastic sounding release of his debut album ‘Hang On In’, this man is definitely a song writer to keep an ear on for the future. He writes simple honest songs about complex issues: love, family, home, future. Deep soul pours, emotions connect, and melodies soar. You sing along even though you've never heard the tune before, your connected because you’ve felt that feeling, you want to listen because it’s easy on the ear . Keith writes from a perspective of distances, of interludes between lovers and lives, the roads that lead from small towns to big cities, reflection of fear about fading into a small town that never changes or learns, the moments of joy here and now, his endless confusions with everyday happenings and most of all the fantastic journey we all know as life.

Two songs from his debut album ‘Hang On In’, made it through to the semi finals of the highly regarded  ‘2010 International Song Writing Competition’( ISC).. This was out of over 15’000 song entries from 115 countries around the world. One hell of an achievement, especially as this was the toughest year to date in the competition!
