By: enjoymygolf.com Titleist 910D2 Driver: 460cc clubhead, higher launch with low-to-mid spin; better for higher handicappers and those seeking forgiveness. Titleist 910D3 Driver: 445cc clubhead, lower launch for more boring trajectory, with low spin; aimed at better players more concerned with working the ball. Both include new technology from Titleist, what the company calls its SureFit Tour (SFT) dual-angle hosel. The SFT allows the loft and lie angle of the drivers to be adjusted independently of one another. Change the loft, change the lie angle, change both to effect changes in ball flight and trajectory. SFT works through a sleeve and ring within the hosel, each having four settings (sleeve settings 1 through 4, ring settings A through D) for 16 possible loft/lie combinations. Left-right effects on ball flight can be achieved mostly through lie adjustments; As noted, the golfer can adjust the lie only, the loft only, or adjust the two in combination. Both the 910D2 and 910D3 drivers feature thinner crowns, lower rear crown profile, and rear bezel weight lower and deeper. They come with a black PVD finish. Both the Titleist 910D2 driver and Titleist 910D3 driver come in lofts of 8.5, 9.5 and 10.5, with Titleist Tour Velvet 360 degree rubber grip stock. Stock shaft options include the Titleist Diamana 'ahina 72 (White), Titleist Diamana Kai'li 65 (Blue), Aldila RIP 60 and Project X Tour Issue Graphite. The MSRP for both is $499 and they arrive at retail on Nov. 15, 2010. # # # Ping, taylormade, Callaway and Mizuno are all in enjoymygolf.com welcome to our www.enjoymygolf.com. End
