I moved into my apartment June 25th. My lease started July 1st. When I first looked at the apartment in May, the old tenant was still living there. The apartment had alot of potiential but it needed some renovations. I liked the location and the fact that utilities were included. I gave the deposit and wrote a letter stating I would not pay the first months rent unless certian things were re-done. The rental company typed up an agreement with me and we went over everything I wanted fixed. When I moved in June 25th all the remodeling was done and then some.New cabenits, new flooring, new ceiling fans, new vanity, new stove and a new microwave on the way. I was very pleased with the final product. After an inspection I noticed additional things needed done such as some pluming issues, the sliding door to my deck and the vacant space above the stove. All of these were addressed rather quickley and to my satisfaction. The other tenants in the apartment complex are very nice and friendly

I am a student and resided with the JJ Land Company on two different occasions. I enjoyed both of the apartments that I stayed in. There were a few maintenance problems but they were taken care of very quickly. The maintenance guys were very friendly and the office staff were very easy to talk to. The prices were much more reasonable than I found with a lot of other rental companies. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in both JJ Land apartments and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've read these other reviews and I think it's clear that only the people who have had bad experiences have written reviews. I rented with the JJ Land Company for just under 2 years and have a lot of close friends that did as well. I'm not going to say we never had a maintenance issue but when we did we reported it and received maintenance man if not that day, the next. The only time something was left unrepaired in our apartment was when parts were needed. I never had a problem with any of the office staff and would definitely rent and refer friends to this company.

Have only been with JJ Land Company a short while but so far so good. We had a couple minor issues recently but they were taken care of promptly and havent had a problem since. Can only hope this type of care continues!

Good work guys! Thanks for fixing my bathroom door!! Hasn't been stuck since! Wife really appreciates it.
