Conquer Clutter @ Organize with New York Style Event

Feb. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Got too much stuff? Overwhelmed by your Inbox and paper piles? You’re not alone. Although there are no definitive stats on this, ask any typical New Yorker and they’ll tell you they have multiple kinds of clutter and/ or organization challenges.

Happily a local organization has some simple tips that can help conquer all kinds of clutter. The New York chapter of NAPO (National of Association of Professional Organizers) is hosting Organize with New York Style, a half-day event comprised of a series of workshops addressing the top clutter culprits – paper, email, stuff and time.

“With a few valuable organizing tips and simple strategies, attendees will have the tools they need to start tackling their clutter and disorganized living from paper piles and possessions, to e-mail and time.  We’ll also include a few inspirational success stories featuring people who were able to conquer their disorganization, learn new skills and get on with more fulfilled lives,” says Stephanie Shalofsky, Marketing Chair/Marketing Director, NAPO-NY.

Organize with New York Style (http://www.napo-ny.net/OrganizeNY.shtml) is sponsored by Esselte Corporation, New York's Little Elves and The Other Side of Organized. It will be held at The New York Helmsley Hotel in Manhattan on Saturday, March 5, 2011, from 10am – 1pm. There will be two concurrent sessions, each containing two 40-minute workshops, concluding with an inspirational closing keynote address. A discounted rate of $75 is available till 2/15; after that the fee will be $90.
