“While a transition of any sort can be difficult, looking to go it alone makes it that much harder”, Calabrese explains.  “Often the right answer for the individual is already inside of them.  However, it may not be apparent to them, because they have not allowed themselves the opportunity to have someone ask them the type of thought provoking questions to bring those answers forward.  While friends and family can be extremely helpful in time of need, they also have an emotional investment in the relationship with you.  As such, their direction may be more toward what they feel is right for you, as opposed to what you really feel is right for yourself.  A trained professional, such as a certified coach, will listen in an intuitive, non-judgmental manner to help you move forward toward what are the right answers for you.”
