UNDERSTAND THE PRICING
Most limousine rental companies rent their vehicles by the hour. Ask when the time starts and when it ends. Ask how they charge if your time goes beyond what you originally reserved.  Ask if there are any additional charges or optional services.

Most hourly rental prices do not include a gratuity for the chauffeur, which is customarily 20% of the bill; although some companies automatically add the gratuity onto your hourly rental fee.

DON’T OVERLOOK THE LEGALITIES
Insist upon a written rental agreement, which protects both parties. Ask if the company carries commercial liability insurance, and is properly licensed. If the company tries to avoid or skirt these questions, beware … they may not be covered in the event of an accident or mishap. Find a reputable, established company who can verify their compliance with these requirements.
