Lennar Sells 15 Homes In 1 Weekend As Buyers Take Advantage Of “Everything’s Included Plus”

Hundreds of prospective buyers came out to three of Lennar’s celebrated active adult communities on Jan. 22 and 23 – Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown, Greenbriar Stonebridge in Monroe and Greenbriar Fox Ridge in Rockaway Township – to learn about the new Everything’s Included PLUS program. They also toured furnished model homes and dramatic clubhouses and
amenity spaces at the communities.

The new Everything’s Included PLUS program is an enhancement of Lennar’s  “Everything’s Included” platform, a sophisticated program first launched in 2006 that essentially offered the national homebuilder’s most popular upgrades and features already included in the purchase price. The new Everything’s Included PLUS program takes that concept to new heights by including more upscale features and designer upgrades, such as whirlpools, granite countertops, surround sound systems and other customized finishing touches, rolled into one affordable PLUS package price.
