CompuLaw Introduces New Certification Program

Jan. 31, 2011 - PRLog -- CompuLaw LLC, the publisher of calendar/docket matter management software with built-in court rules databases, today announced their new CompuLaw Certification Program™ (CCP), a user certification program designed for firms that are seeking trained master legal calendaring users as part of their overall risk management strategy.

The CCP includes a wide variety of courses designed to train docketing and calendaring professionals on best practices in court calendaring including “Working with Clients and Events,” “Creating and Managing Matters,” “CompuLaw Reports” and “Advanced Database Filtering.” A “Gold” level certification is also available to firms that seek highly trained users on CompuLaw calendaring and rules applications as well as back-end database management and CompuLaw Web Portal™.

The standard CCP, ideally suited for everyday CompuLaw users, consists of three consecutive days of onsite training and testing. The “Gold” level includes five consecutive days of on-site training and testing. Based on the completion of a hands-on, practical and written test, all program participants will be awarded with the “Certified CompuLaw User” designation proving their proficiency in CompuLaw.  

CCP training sessions, carefully designed to educate on best practices in court calendaring, provide users with the tools to not only train colleagues on CompuLaw software, but also to increase quality control when tracking rules updates and deadlines.
