HTMS, an Emdeon company, Announces that Randy Hulett has Joined HTMS

Jan. 24, 2011 - PRLog -- HTMS announces that Randy Hulett has joined HTMS.   Randy has a strong background in healthcare operations, provider network development, maintenance and management, business process improvement and planning, project management, and  resource/budgetary management.  He has worked with all lines of business including Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, and specialized state programs.

Prior to joining HTMS, Randy was with Lovelace Health Plan in Albuquerque, NM where he was Vice President of Network Operations, and responsible for all Network Operations, Provider Relations and Credentialing Services.  Prior to that, he was at Health Springs as the Vice President/Administrator responsible for daily operations, Network Development, Provider Relations and coordination of workload for the Mobile, AL area.  He also previously held the position of Vice President, Provider Operations, for Vista Health Plans/Coventry Health Plans in Tallahassee, FL.
