Universal Branch Staffing Survey open till January 31st

Financial institutions can continue to respond to the survey of branch staffing practices until January 31, 2011
 
Jan. 24, 2011 - PRLog -- The opportunity to participate in the Branch Universal Staffing Survey will be be closed after January 31, 2011. If you work for a financial institution with a retail branch network, please take five minutes to submit a response at http://www.pointent.com/staffingsurvey.htm . All reponses are treated as confidential.

There are just 10 general questions and the survey should take less than five minutes to complete. We do ask that you have first hand knowledge of the branch staffing practices of a financial institution in order to submit a response.

Results of this survey will be made public at no charge when it becomes available. Publication is anticipated for March, 2011. It is important that institutions of all sizes and markets participate, so that better conclusions about the trends and practices can be drawn. You can respond anonymously or submit an email address to have a link to the results sent directly to you.
