DMi Partners’ keystone projects initiated in 2010 extend across a number of industries, including:

•   Financial Services:  DMi collaborated with an innovative financial services company to formulate and launch a multichannel “drip” campaign aimed at enrolling customers in a new incentive rewards program.  The campaign leveraged a variety of touch points – including voice, e-mail and direct mail – tailored to reach consumers prior to a call, based on previous interaction and engagement.  Over the course of six weeks, the campaign was able to achieve a 97 percent enrollment rate.

•   Education:  DMi continued to draw on its deep reservoir of education industry expertise in 2010, logging more than 200,000 hours speaking with prospects looking to continue their education.  With telemarketing as a major part of the lead qualification process, DMi was able to work with each institution’s unique criteria to create dynamic telemarketing scripting.  For one university offering degrees in education, DMi created a custom script to ensure students’ compliance with individual states’ unique licensing rules.  While the overall volume of prospects generated in these states decreased, the enrollment rate of the leads that did follow through increased by 248 percent, resulting in a far more successful campaign for students and school alike.

•   Insurance:  Leveraging its proprietary “Right Pricing” model, DMi was able to help a personal lines insurance client dynamically analyze the performance of each lead, optimizing price and ensuring that cost-per-lead (CPL) remained in line with lead performance.  The project used offline metrics observed after lead delivery to determine the final CPL.  The result:  the client was able to maximize its profitability, while DMi was able to accurately gauge the correct value of each lead.

•   Publishing:  Working with a leading magazine publisher, DMi developed and implemented a highly flexible email-based database outreach program.  As a result of extensive subject line, creative and deliverability testing, DMi increased the new customer “open rate” for auto-responder e-mail by 189 percent.
