Industry Pioneers Launch New Full-Service E-Discovery Company

Hawn founded Legal Copies International in 1998, which rose to $100 million in sales out of 26 national offices when it was acquired.  It was named as one of Inc. Magazine’s fastest growing companies in 1994, 1995 and 1996.  Hawn later went on to start DocuForce, which he merged into OnSite when he acquired that business.  Hawn left OnSite after building it to $70 million in sales and its ultimate purchase by a venture capital group.  Avers has always been a leading sales and client service executive with several well-known ediscovery and litigation support companies, with many AmLaw200 and Fortune 500 clients.
