Eric Ottens, CEO of AppTech Corp stated:

"In addition to the See Jesus app, we are also in the final stages of commissioning new multi-platform religious themed apps scheduled for

"As far as additional developments, as of December 31, 2010, we have exercised an option to rescind the acquisition of Legal Logistics as this business would distract from the focus of working with Smartphone apps and related technologies.”

About The See Jesus App

This app creates an "optical illusion" that enables the user to see an image of Jesus on a blank surface after the user stares at the app caricature picture on their smart phone for 30 seconds.

AppTech also plans to release the "See Jesus" app in Brazil and the Philippines through its marketing partners in those countries.  Brazil and the Philippines collectively have populations that are predominately Christian of which Catholicism is the main Christian denomination, exceeding 220 million followers.
