Universal Branch Staffing Survey Available

Point Enterprises, Inc. is conducting a survey to better understand the recent trend towards developing branch staff to perform multiple kinds of work and provide multiple services: Universal Staffing.
 
Jan. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- With financial institution's profit being squeezed by increased regulation and negative backlash to fees, productivity in the branch system has become more important than ever. One trend is towards developing and managing branch staff to perform multiple kinds of work for multiple services. This is often called Universal Staffing.  

Point Enterprises, Inc. is conducting a survey to better understand the trend and gain an understanding of how many, and how far along, different institutions are in this process.
