As Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer for Conclusive Marketing, Jay led the direct marketing revenue strategies for the past 10 years, landing notable clients and channel partners supporting  the #1 automotive OEM, two top 15 banks, a top 5 insurance company, several top 50 franchise organizations, various  healthcare companies and the world’s largest non-profit advertising agency.  In addition, Jay led the acquisition strategy and capital raise for Conclusive resulting in a successful acquisition of Synapse Technologies and Conclusive Strategies in 2006.  Prior to conclusive, Jay held various executive positions at Quantum Dental and National Medical Care where he was elected to the NMC Hall of Fame in 1994.  Jay graduated with a degree in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee-Martin.
