K.F. Dischley Group Releases Historically Based Horror film RENE’ on DVD available at Amazon.com

Dec. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- KFD RELEASES HISTORICALLY BASED HORROR FILM RENE’
Set on Georgia’s St. Simons Island, the horror movie unravels a gruesome secret about the hauntingly beautiful and history-laden island, also home to the Battle of Bloody Marsh against the Spanish in 1742. While investigating her father's recent disappearance, a young girl discovers the macabre truth behind the legend of Rene’ Asch Rondolier, a disfigured teen in the late 18th century who was accused of numerous murders and was lynched to death in a local swamp.

Distributed by KFD, the film is available on DVD at Amazon.com. It retails for $9 plus shipping.

Rene was co-directed by Scott Pendarvis and Paul Charen and co-produced by KFD and CharPen Films. It was filmed on location on St. Simons Island.
