Ware Malcomb Toronto Relocates & Announces Promotions

Dec. 16, 2010 - PRLog -- Leading design firm Ware Malcomb (www.waremalcomb.com) is excited to share that their Toronto office has relocated.  The new office address is 80 Bass Pro Mills Drive, Unit 13, Vaughan, Ontario L4K 5W9.  The new phone number is 905.760.1221 and the new fax number is 905.248.3344.

Ware Malcomb is also proud to announce the promotions of Frank Di Roma to Regional Manager and David Taylor to Studio Manager of our Toronto office.

In Frank’s new role, he is responsible for business development, client relationships, and overseeing all projects in the Canadian market.  Joining Ware Malcomb in 2005 and transferring to our Toronto office in 2007, Frank brings over 8 years of experience to the team, including extensive experience in a variety of office, industrial, retail, renovation, mixed-use, multi-family residential and auto projects.  

Frank received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Ryerson in Toronto, as well as his Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Buffalo in New York and is a licensed Architect in Ontario Canada.  Additionally, he is an active member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial & Office Properties) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors).

In David’s new role, he is responsible for leading the Toronto Commercial and Interior Design studios.  Joining Ware Malcomb in 2007 as part of our Toronto studio, he has been responsible for managing several significant projects in the Canadian market. David has worked in the architecture industry since 1991 and has in-depth expertise in an array of office, industrial, distribution, master planning, hospitality, and interior projects.
