Dec. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Sacramento, CA, December 13,, 2010:  Financial planners and financial advisors do not have audited track records or mandatory disclosure requirements so it is very difficult for investors to determine their quality before they turn over their assets. In addition, most advisor information is communicated in sales pitches so investors have no documentation for what they were told.

Beginning in 2000, Paladin Registry developed a proprietary methodology for rating the quality of financial professionals’ credentials, ethics, business practices, and services. The review process produced quality ratings of one to five stars. Over the years, thousands of investors have used Paladin ratings to help them select higher quality financial professionals.

Jack Waymire, Paladin’s president, recently announced Lynn Evans, Michael Fleming, and Martin Smith have been awarded the Registry’s highest quality rating (five stars). He said, “Only a small percentage of advisors achieve this rating.” Waymire added, “We also provide Registry documentation for the information we used to produce the ratings so investors have the information they need to select advisors with the best qualifications.”
