Includes tickets assignation, tickets scalation, basic SLA, unlimited departments, email to ticket, reports, etc.

Unlike other web help desk of high cost, which require licence by year, you will have the full source code (PHP) to make changes to the help desk software for your internal organization, it doesn't use frameworks. Facil HelpDesk allows you to submit ticket from web forms, web(registered users) , forms (unregistered) and email, by integrating email to ticket, you can submit tickets using your favorite email client and include attachments, integration by email is bidirectional.
