Reichel Realty Announces Leases/Renewals Valued at $3.5 Million

Reichel Realty announced the firm recently completed commercial lease transactions totaling 41,220 square feet and valued at $3.5 million at several South Florida retail centers.

Nov. 8, 2010 - PRLog -- PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.— Reichel Realty announced the firm recently completed commercial lease transactions totaling 41,220 square feet and valued at $3.5 million at several South Florida retail centers.

Among the transactions were:

*  Gulfstream Goodwill Industries, Inc. signed a long-term lease for 13,000 square feet in the former Aaron’s Rents building on U.S. 1 just south of the Treasure Coast Square mall in Stuart, valued at $1,300,000.  Reichel Realty’s Managing Director Peter Filomena represented Goodwill Industries.  The landlord is Aaron’s Rents.

*  Pinch-A-Penny renewed their 3,600-square-foot lease at Jog Plaza, located at 3818 Jog Road in Lake Worth.  The five-year renewal is valued at $307,500.  Reichel Realty represented the onwer, Okee Plaza, Ltd. with Bill Reichel, president, handling the transaction.  

*  In Palm Beach Gardens, Jim Tornabene, Sr. Associate with Reichel Realty, handled lthe office/retail project leases at 11911 US Highway One, which totaled 8,420 square feet.  Family Solutions leased 2,670 square feet with the other new tenants collectively leasing 5,750 square feet. These included Carol Mann, Griffen, Inc., Priority Title, Passport Publications, Banyan Waste, SE Florida Institute, Ultimate Wellness, David Ahr, Esq., JSM Marketing, and Seaside Cabinet Co. These leases are valued at $150,000.  Bill Reichel is receiver for this property and Reichel Realty & Investments represents the landlord/receiver.

*  Jim Tornabene also handled many other transactions, including:

- Partners in Health Chiropractors leased 3,100 square feet at Forest Hill Center, located at 3139 Forest Hill Blvd. (Forest Hill Blvd. and Congress Ave.) in Palm Springs.  The 3-year lease is valued at $100,000. Tornabene represented the landlord, Four Florida Shopping Shopping Centers.

- Kersalt Medical School leased 2,500 square feet at Westchester Square, 2800 N Military Trail in West Palm Beach.  The two-year lease is valued at $509,000.  Landlord is Westchester Square LLC.

- National Debt Solutions renewed their lease for 5,000 square feet at Burma Commerce Center, 5610 PGA Boulevard, in Palm Beach Gardens.  The one-year renewal is valued at $90,000.  Reichel Realty exclusively represented the owner, Burma Properties.  

- Quest Diagnostics renewed their lease for a one year term at Nassau Square, 7577 Lake Worth Rd.,, a Publix-anchored center in Lake Worth.  The 2,000-square-foot lease is valued at $50,000.  Tornabene represented the landlord. Four Florida Shopping Centers.
