By: sharon west Stephanie Jendrusik...Varsity Cheer Coach...Union Local High School My daughter, who is an eighth grade cheerleader, has been using the KINETIC BANDS for about a month now to improve her tumbling and her jumps. In just a month's time, the bands have not only almost perfected her round off back handspring, but she can now do 2 back handsprings in a row almost perfectly!! Just a month ago her back handsprings were really frogged. Her jumps have also really improved as her legs are both straight and tight during her toe touches. All this has happened in only a few minutes a day, a few times a week, in only a month. We are so excited about the bands. My daughter actually enjoys jumping in them and is proud that they have made her legs firmer and more shapely as well as what they have done for cheerleading. I appreciate the fact that you have put her on a training program and are working with her as well. Thank you so much.
