Firstly for a boutique London asset management firm, Synetec developed an application that used Bloomberg's Desktop API and DDE products along with VBA and Microsoft Excel to provide live pricing information and calculate intra-day performance for the client's portfolios. This application integrates with our client's existing software packages, automatically querying the accounting application for holdings information which were then loaded and linked to the pricing feed. Synetec developed a stock taking application using MS Excel with VBA.
