Eugene Pallisco Pairs Fine Genco Olive Oils With Fine Wines

Oct. 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Genco Olive Oil Distributors new olive oil infused products have been a tremendous hit and are the fastest growing segment of the company.  The product line includes olive oil flavors such as traditional, garlic, rosemary, sage, and thyme.

Now, customers have given feedback on how they have used these products with their own favorite recipes.  Genco plans to release these recipes in the coming weeks, but as a preview they include:  beef stew, chicken marsala, veal picante, and broiled whitefish.

Along with the infused flavors of olive oil and great customer recipes, Genco CEO Eugene Pallisco http://www.eugenepallisco.com has also suggested a selection of wines that pair well with the olive oil products and recipes.  They are:  Cabernet Sauvignon, Pino Grigio, Chardonnay, and Pino Noir.  In the coming weeks, Genco Olive Oil Distributors will be releasing pairings of these wines with recipes that have been submitted by satisfied customers.
