As a consumer, it would seem as though our patience is tested everyday.  We put up with rudeness from employees, waiting on a cashier finishing their texting, and even being yelled at.  It is accepted behavior at some stores for the employees to skip the greeting, and most times the "Thanks for shopping here," as well.

It's no wonder that when we have a serious problem, we have no idea how to handle it!
