Description:
   The computerized pillow machine QL001-CF has been developed according to the technology of Laroch, France and customers’ requirement. It can be used for filling sleeping pillows, cushions, sofas, chair pads etc.
   QL001-CF Automatic pillow filling machine line is assembled with a bale opener, a fiber opening machine, a fiber blower, a operation table and a PLC controllor.
   Material application:
a)   Conjugate hollow siliconized polyester shorter than 100mm (32mm is suggest which is good for pillows)
b)   Micro fiber 0.8d to 3d
c)   Silicon 70% mix with non-silicon 30% by requirement
   Adopting metallic model V-wires for the fiber opener parts, so that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% without any damage; the V-wire is 4 times usage, so life longer than the normal wire.
   The whole line can be handled by only 1 operator, and his task is to replace the pillow cases; as it is controlled by Siemens PLC control system with time flow weighing system.
   The whole line is controlled by a Siemens PLC controllor, you can adjust the feeding time of fiber opening machine and the filling time of the operation table on the PLC control panel according to the different sizes of your products. And the weighing error is within 10g for a 600g pillow
   If a 600g pillow filling, it will be handled for 8pcs per minute. It is simple operation, stable and reliable quality which is easy to be understanding by the operators.
   The main structure of our machine is produced by computerized laser cutting machine, so that the quality is stable without any transmutation.
   We arranged the bale opener with synchronousbelt with less maintenance.
   The whole machine is working without any shaking because of very good balance processing of the roller
   The machine will be turned off automatically in 5 minutes once the operator be away to protect other people and save electricity.
